Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) has featured on and off in the decades since, notably as a regular once again from 2008 to 2014.
However, viewers are now scared that a new plot development could lead to Bianca’s untimely demise.
Heartbreaking scenes saw Bianca’s sister Sonia (Natalie Cassidy) learn she had a blighted ovum – meaning she hadn’t been pregnant as originally believed.
Despite this tragic setback, the beloved nurse was keen to try IVF again soon after although Bianca and Reiss had differing opinions.
While Reiss was happy to support Sonia’s decision, her sister believed Sonia should take some time to grieve.
In Monday’s episode, Sonia informed Reiss that they would need more money for add-ons to their IVF treatment to have the best possible chance of conceiving.
Desperately trying to make cash, Reiss attempted to flog a faulty car to Jay Brown (Jamie Borthwick).
He also tried to charge Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) for a tax bill she’d already paid, although she quickly caught on to his ruse.
Bianca later followed Reiss as he visited his comatose wife, Debbie and overheard his plan to take the rest of Debbie’s money without her consent, this being how he’d funded Sonia’s previous IVF treatment.
BBC One viewers rushed to X, formerly Twitter, now convinced that Bianca could be killed off.
One wrote: “Evil Reiss is the move. Less of this embarrassing cringe nerdiness, make him bludgeon our Bianca with his tuba.”
Another pleaded: “Reiss if you have a dark side that everyone believes you have please please please kill Bianca and give us some freedom.”
Although a third fan didn’t think Reiss would actually kill Bianca, they predicted his secret would cause tension between the sisters.
The fan remarked: “This will lead to Bianca’s exit now. Sonia won’t believe her and will tell Bianca to leave Walford to support Whitney.”
A fourth added: “OMG Bianca heard everything Reiss was saying to Debbie”, as another referenced actor Jonny Freeman’s role in M.I. High: “I think Reiss needs to contact his friends from MI9 to take care of Bianca.”
Patsy Palmer reprised her role surrounding Whitney Dean’s (Shona McGarty) planned wedding and subsequent exit from the soap as Zack Hudson’s (James Farrar) cheating came to light.
