GEORDIE Shore legend Gaz Bealde had his fans hot under the collar as he showed off his impressive abs as he stripped off for a sultry snap.
The TV legend, 36, has been hard at work with a strict gym routine in a bid to undergo a body transformation.
Gaz has been sharing updates with his fans on social media regularly after hitting the gym in the wake of his marriage breakdown with Emma McVey.
He stood shirtless for a mirror selfie after a sweaty workout session as he insisted a “happy mind” equalled a “happy body”.
The TV hunk put his six-pack on full display as he kept his trousers low to show off his defined shape.
Commenting on his bid to gain weight and improve his body ever further, Gaz told his three-and-a-half million followers: “Gym has defo been my go to escape over winter and normally i would of giving up by now but still going strong…
“My goal was 13 stone ( 82kg )and atm i am 80/81 ish so hopefully next few months i get there!!
“Always struggled with gaining weight so i am proud of this.”
He went on to credit former Love Island heartthrob Kieran Nicholls, who is a PT, for helping him undergo the transformation.
Gaz had previously made a joking comment that he was planning to sign up for X-rated subscription site OnlyFans when he shared the shirtless snap to his Snapchat account.
The MTV star joked about the prospect after his recent onslaught of semi-naked photos to chart his gym progress.
His followers were certainly impressed with the snap with one saying: “You look amazing Gary.”
Another added: “You look insane like well done for not giving up can you share the will power please lol.”
As a third said: “What a stunning man!”
Gaz’s transformation comes after he recently opened up about his secret health battle.
He shared that in March 2023 he developed a white head at the back of his scalp after getting a haircut.
Although he originally thought it was nothing to worry about, the condition on his scalp quickly worsened.
“I never never talked about this before or even shared anything to do with it on social media,” he penned alongside a carousel of snaps of his scalp.
The father of one said that the problem quickly began to spread which urged him to go to the doctors to get it checked.
“It was something called Folliculitis decalvans and [I] had to go on steroids and all [sorts] to stop it spreading,” he said.
Fortunately for Gaz, his scalp eventually healed but he went on to explain that he was left with scarring and some bald patches.
“I started looking up a few things about it and the patches and if there was anything I could do,” he shared.
“I’ve heard a little bit about SMP but never thought it would be some thing to help me .. it stands for SMP scalp micro pigmentation.”
The reality star then started to look into his health condition and came across a scalp specialist called Lynden and his business Inked Scalps.
“After seeing his work etc I was up for going to see him… after one session which hardly hurts almost feels like a light tattoo you could already see the scarring disappearing,” he wrote.
Amid his health battle, the lothario has managed to find love once again after splitting from the mother of his two kids, Emma.
