EMMERDALE has seemingly made a huge blunder tonight with Vinny Dingle’s injuries.
The scrap metal dealer – who is played by actor Bradley Johnson in the ITV soap – was brutally attacked by Tom King in last night’s episode.

Abusive and jealous Tom had tracked wife Belle Dingle’s phone to the scrapyard – not realising that Vinny had it to repair it.
As he lurked in the cabin, realising what had actually transpired, he heard Vinny come back and quickly grabbed a paperweight and hid behind the door.
Vinny walked in and was promptly hit in the back of the head with the heavy paperweight.
He fell to the ground unconscious and Tom panicked, quickly wiping his prints off the paperweight and Belle’s phone.
Tom took Vinny’s pulse but couldn’t get one so fled leaving him alone in the cabin over night.
In tonight’s episode Vinny came to but there was a surprising turn of events.
As he stumbled out of the cabin and into the conveniently-timed placing of his mother Mandy and aunt Lydia, there was something that didn’t make sense.
All of Vinny’s injuries were visible on the front of his face – rather than on the back where he was hit.
Later in the hospital Vinny’s injuries were even more obviously on his face.
It left fans questioning how the blunder was made.
One wrote: “That’s a lot of bruising on Vinny’s face when he was hit on the back of the head.”
